We are excited to announce the launch of our latest product, the VITO VS frying oil filter. With the introduction of the VS, our portable product line is now fully updated. The filters provide kitchen operators with an advanced solution for maintaining their oil.
The VITO VS is the successor to the well-known VITO 30, offering valuable improvements to meet the demands of modern kitchens. Like its predecessor, the new model continues to help kitchens save up to 50% on frying oil. This is achieved through efficient microfiltration, ensuring the optimal quality of the oil and fried products while reducing labor.
Ideal for kitchens with lower frying volume
The VITO VS is particularly suitable for kitchens with lower frying volumes, offering the optimal filtration solution for 1-3 fryers with a capacity of up to 12 liters and light sediments. This makes it the ideal choice for smaller restaurants, food trucks, cafés, and other food service establishments that prioritize quality in their fried dishes.
Optimized design
Standing at just about 40 cm tall, the filter features a new, optimized design that is not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhances user-friendliness. One of the new features is the integrated QR code on the motor unit. This QR code leads directly to a product-specific website, providing users with access to important information, user manuals, and support.
“With the VS, we have brought our portable product line up to the latest standards,” explains Andreas Schmidt, CEO of VITO AG. “Our goal was to modernize our proven products to meet our customers' needs. We are proud of the result and excited to bring this new device to the market.”
