We are expanding our talent pool and warmly welcoming six new apprentices to our company. This remarkable addition marks the largest group of apprentices in our medium-sized company's history.
These fresh faces reflect the diverse range of opportunities we offer to young talents. One of our new apprentices, Max Gleiser, will be training as a mechatronics specialist, while David Rothacker will be honing his skills in digitalization management. Gabriel Markovic has opted for a dual study program in Business Administration - International Business, and our other three apprentices, Tabea Winkler, Gazmend Omeri, and Moritz Schaar, will embark on their training journey in wholesale and foreign trade management.
We are deeply committed to fostering an inspiring and supportive learning environment. This commitment is underscored by the various benefits we provide to our apprentices, including access to a personal company car to enhance their mobility and offer greater flexibility. Additionally, we offer flexible working hours to cater to the individual needs of our apprentices, along with opportunities for international experiences that develope both personal and professional growth.
Investing in the education of young talents has always been a core value of our company. This commitment is not just about the number of new apprentices but also about the long-term relationships we build with our former apprentices, many of whom have become key members of our teams. "A comprehensive and intensive education isn't just an obligation for us; it's the driving force behind our innovation and long-lasting success," remarks Stefan Fink, Head of training at VITO AG.
