The VITO XL automatically extracts oil directly from your fryer into its tank while filtering out particles as small as 5 μm. This means breadcrumbs and other residues remain dry in the filter, ensuring clean and reusable oil. The filtered oil can then be pumped back into the fryer or safely disposed of.
