We are currently attending the Worldchefs Congress & Expo 2026 in Newport, Wales. The congress is taking place from 16 to 19 May 2026 and brings together chefs, culinary associations, industry partners, and hospitality professionals from around the world.
For VITO, the event is a valuable opportunity to strengthen our long-standing partnership with Worldchefs / WACS, connect with international culinary professionals, and exchange ideas on the future of professional kitchens.
What is Worldchefs / WACS?
The World Association of Chefs’ Societies, today known globally as Worldchefs, was founded in 1928 and is an international professional organization for chefs. Its mission is to maintain and improve culinary standards worldwide through education, training, professional development, competitions, and international exchange.
Worldchefs connects national chefs’ associations, culinary professionals, educators, and industry partners across the globe. The Worldchefs Congress & Expo is one of the organization’s key events, creating a platform for dialogue, networking, innovation, and collaboration within the international foodservice and hospitality industry.
We received recognition as a long-standing partner and sponsor
A special highlight of the congress so far has been the certificate presentation to VITO AG. As a long-standing partner and sponsor of Worldchefs, we were honored to receive this recognition from Ragnar Fridriksson, Managing Director of Worldchefs.
