How it works
1. Drain the frying oil and fill the fryer with water
2. Add VITO tabs according to the dosing table
3. Heat the solution to approx. 110 °C, turn off the fryer and let it sit for at least 20 minutes
4. Brush off burnt-on deposits during the process
5. Empty the fryer, rinse thoroughly with water – done!
