The VITO XM automatically extracts oil directly from your fryer into its tank while filtering out particles as small as 5 μm. This means breadcrumbs and other residues remain dry in the filter, ensuring clean and reusable oil. The filtered oil can then be pumped back into the fryer or safely disposed of. Thanks to its lockable wheels the VITO XM is easy to move around the kitchen.

Designed for operating temperatures of up to 200°C, the VITO XM ensures top-tier workplace safety. It features an automatic shut-off system with an oil level sensor and a stainless steel housing for durability and reliable performance. An integrated heater allows filtration of solidified fats.
