Everything where it’s needed: the new VITO cart

We are expanding our portfolio with the VITO cart, a mobile transport and storage solution designed for use with portable VITO frying oil filters. The stainless-steel trolley functions as a central VITO station, where the filter unit and accessories are clearly organized and always within reach.

The VITO cart is an optional addition for kitchens that want a dedicated, well-organized space for their VITO equipment and materials. It supports more structured workflows and greater order in daily operations. Developed for the professional kitchen environment, the cart is ideal wherever frying oil filtration takes place - including restaurants, large-scale kitchens, canteens, and snack outlets.

The VITO filter and accessories can be brought directly to the point of use, the fryer, reducing walking distances and making processes more efficient and safer, even in busy situations. A cut-out in the upper shelf allows the VITO frying oil filter to be placed securely into the drip tray. Thanks to the integrated push handle and smooth-running wheels, the cart can be moved easily and flexibly. Two locking brakes ensure a stable and secure position during operation.

Built from robust stainless steel, the cart is designed for durability and easy cleaning. Two shelves provide sufficient space for accessories such as oil testers, filters, and fryer cleaning products, ensuring all necessary materials are stored neatly in one place.
